At Giftooria, we value your trust and satisfaction. Every order is prepared with care, handled responsibly, and delivered with love. Since we work with perishable items (cakes, flowers, chocolates) and custom-made gifts, our return and refund process is designed to be fair, clear, and customer-friendly.


1. No Return Policy (Perishable & Customized Items)

Because many of our gifts are fresh, edible, or personalized, we do not accept returns once the item is delivered, unless the product has a clear issue upon arrival.

This applies to:

  • Cakes & fresh items
  • Flowers, bouquets & chocolate bouquets
  • Customized gifts
  • Personalized products
  • Same-day delivery items

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved in the following cases:

Wrong Product Delivered

If the delivered item does not match what was ordered.

Damaged Product on Delivery

If the gift arrives visibly damaged, spoiled, or unusable.

Order Not Delivered

If Giftooria fails to deliver due to our error.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Wrong address provided by the customer
  • Recipient not available / refuses to accept the order
  • Weather, traffic, or uncontrollable delays
  • Incorrect phone number or missing delivery details
  • Custom-made products once processing has started

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not been prepared or dispatched.

Same-day or midnight delivery orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.


5. Replacement Policy

If a product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the original product
    OR
  • A refund (after evaluation)

Photos or video proof must be provided within 1 hour of delivery.


6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be issued within 3–7 working days
  • The amount will be returned via the original payment method

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
