Refund and Return Policy for Giftooria

At Giftooria, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy as outlined below:

Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items are eligible for return if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition (with tags, packaging, and receipts intact).

    • Personalized or custom-made gifts, such as engraved items, personalized mugs, pillows, and any item that has been customized, are non-returnable unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

    • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at customer.service@giftooria.com or via WhatsApp at +92 329 9270539 with your order details.

    • You will be provided with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of defective or damaged products, where we will cover the return shipping.

  3. Refunds:

    • Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

    • If the item was received damaged or faulty, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra charge to you.

  4. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the item.

    • We may request photos of the damage to process your claim and either offer a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges for products. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time, we are unable to cancel the order as it may already be in the process of being shipped.

Non-returnable Items

  • Perishable items like cakes and flowers are non-returnable.

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” are also non-returnable.
